Frosted Aromas takes the utmost pride in everything we do. We produce everything by hand in small batches, as such small variations in colour or fragrance may occur. 

We make sure to pack each order with the utmost love, care and protection to ensure it arrives to you in as perfect condition as it left us. 

Shipping Policy

To ensure product quality, we ensure all products are sealed fresh, unused, and unopened. Once your parcel has been posted, the following can be used as a general guide on how long delivery may take. 

Australia Post shipping times vary depending on location.

Any domestic orders can be estimated to take 3-8 days

We understand that sometimes things get broken in transit and sometimes things don’t arrive at all.

Unfortunately, once your parcel has left Frosted Aromas’ we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise – Please contact Australia Post for support.

Refunds/Returns

Unfortunately, Frosted Aromas cannot offer refunds for a change of mind or incorrect choice – so make sure to check your cart before checking out.

In the event of accepted damages or defects you will be provided with a refund to your original purchase payment method or with an exchange.

Damages/Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may resolve the issue for you.

To reach out regarding damages or defects please contact info@Frostedaromas.com with your order information and provide pictures of the damaged products within 72 hours of receiving your package.

You may be required to post back at your own cost the item for further investigation.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
